Recent award
It was an honor for me to receive a judge’s award for my drawing “Meditation” in our most recent Northern Indiana Pastel Society exhibition. The exhibit featured 47 artworks by 27 artists at Fernwood Botanical Gardens in Niles, Michigan. Our next group exhibit will be opening in September at the Colfax Cultural Center in South Bend.
Recent group exhibit
I was thrilled to be a part of the group exhibit “Journey of the Mind through Artistic Visual Expression”, which was presented by Mental Health Awareness of Michiana. “Journey of the Mind” brought together artists from the Michiana area to explore of the power of healing through art.
Tai Chi & Qigong
I started my Tai Chi journey in 2014 while living in Nicosia, Cyprus. I’m honored to be a sixth generation teacher of Yang Style Tai Chi, certified as a Senior Advanced Instructor of Tai Chi & Qigong.
