Journey of the mind
I’m excited to have three of my artworks accepted into this year’s “Journey of the Mind Through Visual Artistic Expression”, a group exhibition presented by Mental Health Awareness of Michiana. The exhibit opens at the Elkhart Public Library on February 21, then travels to the St. Joe County Public Library on March 12.

Tai Chi & Qigong
I started my Tai Chi journey in 2014 while living in Nicosia, Cyprus. I’m honored to be a sixth generation teacher of Yang Style Tai Chi, certified as a Senior Advanced Instructor of Tai Chi & Qigong.
