Current exhibit
I’ve been a member of the Northern Indiana Pastel Society since 2022. Our latest exhibit is on now through June 1 at Fernwood Botanical Gardens in Niles, Michigan.
Recent group exhibit
I was thrilled to be a part of the group exhibit “Journey of the Mind through Artistic Visual Expression”, which was presented by Mental Health Awareness of Michiana. “Journey of the Mind” brought together artists from the Michiana area to explore of the power of healing through art.
Tai Chi & Qigong
I started my Tai Chi journey in 2014 while living in Nicosia, Cyprus. I’m honored to be a sixth generation teacher of Yang Style Tai Chi, certified as a Senior Advanced Instructor of Tai Chi and Qigong.
I’m currently running a weekly Qigong class in South Bend. New students are welcome to join in at any time.
